Bastianelli, Bujak, Garcia and Reusser face Road World Championship challenge tomorrow in Flanders

​After the silver medal of Marlen Reusser in the time trial and the podium almost reached by the same Reusser with her Switzerland in the Mixed Relay (overtaken by Italy for only 5 hundredths of a second), the UCI Cycling World Championships continue with the road races.

Tomorrow, Saturday 25th September, it will be the turn of the Women Elite and the team Alé BTC Ljubljana will have in race four of its athletes. They are Marta Bastianelli (Italy), Eugenia Bujak (Slovenia), Mavi Garcia (Spain) and Marlen Reusser (Switzerland).

Departure from Antwerp at 12.20 and finish around 16.45 in Leuven. To be covered 157.7 kilometres with 1,047 metres of altitude difference. The route is divided into several circuits, it is challenging and also the finish line on the Geldenaalsevest is slightly sloping.

The race will be broadcast live on Raisport, Eurosport and GCN.
