ALE’ CIPOLLINI TEAM AT THE START OF TWO RACES ON SATURDAY

First August’s weekend will be so amazing fo Ale’ Cipollini Team, which will be present in Spain and in London. The team, leaded by Alessia Piccolo, will participate at the “Donostia San Sebastian Klasikoa”, U.C.I. international world race 1.1, with both start and arrival in Donostia-San Sebastian (Basque Country) and at the Prudential RideLondon Classique UCI Women’s World Tour.

The length of the race is of 127km, with climbs at Jaizkibel (7,7 Km - 5,6%), Arkale (3,1 Km - 5,4%), Mendizorrotz (3,9 Km - 7,7%) and Murgil Tontorra (2 Km - 10,1%), located at less than 10 kms from the finish line. Veneto’s team will be made by the Italians Soraya Paladin and Nadia Quagliotto, the South Korean Ahreum Na, the Serbian Champion Jelena Eric, the Japanese Champion Eri Yonamine and the Colombian Diana Peñuela. The Team Manager Fortunato Lacquaniti will lead the team.

A fast line-up will take part at the Prudential Ride London, valid for the Women’s World Tour, where the Sport Director Giuseppe Lanzoni will follow the Australian Chloe Hosking, the Dutch Duo composed by Marjolein Van’t Geloof and Karlijn Swinkels, the German Romy Kasper and the Italians Giorgia Bariani and Jessica Raimondi. The race in London will be on a 3.4 kms long circuit to be repeated for 20 laps and 68 kms overall in the heart of the British Capital.
