| A very hard race with brutal climbs on the road of Navarra (Spain) has been the Emakumeen Nafarroako Klasikoa at its very first edition of 108 kms and a lot of kms on the mountains.
Soraya Paladin ended in 10th position after having tried to fight with the other strongest riders on the very hard climb of San Miguel de Aralar, with slopes until 14%. The athlete from Treviso, in race with the Teammates Nadia Quagliotto, Na Ahreum, Diana Peñuela, Eri Yonamine and Jelena Eric, finished 5 minutes later the race winner Ashleigh Moolman Pasio. Good performance also by Nadia Quagliotto, 15th.
The Spanish week goes on with the Clasica de Navarra Femenina on Thursday and ends with the first edition of the Women’s Classic of San Sebastian next Saturday.
