At the same time of the European Road Championships of Alkmaar (Netherlands), the #YellowFluoOrange Team will race the Women’s Tour of Scotland from Friday, 9th to Sunday, 11th August. It is a new stage race in the middle-southern territory of the British region and it will pass from some of its most important towns. The race opens with the Stage 1 from Dundee to Dunfermline (103 kms), followed by the longest stage, 139 between Glasgow and Perth. The final day will have the Scottish Capital City of Edimburgh as Start and Finish.

Five riders will be at the race start with the Sports Director Giuseppe Lanzoni: The Italians Nadia Quagliotto and Jessica Raimondi, the Japanese Champion Eri Yonamine, the South Korean Ahreum Na and the Dutch Marjolein Van’t Geloof. Chloe Hosking will not be at the start, as she needed one week of rest due to her crash in the final sprint of the Prudential Ride London Classique last Saturday.
