4TH PLACE FOR CHLOE HOSKING IN SWEDEN

The Commonwealth Champion caressed the podium in the Postnord UCI WWT Vårgårda WestSweden Road Race, behind the Italian National Champion Marta Bastianelli and the Dutch duo Marianne Vos-Lorena Wiebes. It’s an important comeback for Chloe, two weeks later her crash in London and looking at the next races. The Team, directed by Fortunato Lacquaniti, finished in 9th place the Team Time Trial of Saturday.

Eri Yonamine was important for the team today in the breakaway: the Japanese National Champion was precious during the race, giving the chance to her teammates to keep the energies for the final sprint. The race was very hard and long through the gravelled road around Vårgårda and the results has given high mood to the team. The next race is the Ladies Tour of Norway, next stage of the Women’s World Tour.
