| The 2018 season of Alè - Cipollini is now officially over with the second race around Bologna: Marta Bastianelli, as last winner, sprinted to second just behind the Italian Elisa Balsamo.; third place for the Dutch Lorena Wiebes. The Cycling star from Rome has been very well supported by her teammates, caressing the double: good results as well for Soraya Paladin, 19th.
We are not at the end of an exciting 2018 for the #YellowFluoOrange Team, that obtained 15th wins (14 internationals) and 35 podiums. Chloe Hosking is the Commonwealth Games Winner in the road race, taken on 14th April (three seasonal wins for her). Marta Bastianelli with 9 successes is the most winning athlete of the year in the Team. She took especially the European Championships (Road Race) and the Gent - Wevelgem. Soraya Paladin closes with 2 wins, Janneke Ensing has one victory with her teammate Daiva Tuslaite - Ragazinskiene,
Alè - Cipollini in the UCI Individual ranking has Chloe Hosking and Marta Bastianelli respectively 10th and 11th: the squad is 8th in the Team Ranking and in the Women’s World Tour.
