​Two climbers, one italian and one foreigner, with a young french lady are the last riders of #YellowFluo Ladies Team in 2015, which was led by Alessia Piccolo and headed up by Giovanni Fidanza.

Francesca Cauz chose. The talented athlete born in 1992 after a period of negotiations and courtship chose Team Alé Cipollini Galassia 2015. A courageous choice that shows how team building, made in Italy and the planned long-term project in Rio 2016, the heart of the strategy #YellowFluo Ladies, have been the added value in the selection of the team to race in the next season. Vice U23 European Champion and Best Young in the Giro Rosa in 2013, came from an unlucky season.

“I like the project of Alessia Piccolo, I feel that it is the right environment for me. I liked the team Alé Cipollini Galassia, voted the image, the growth of the athletes and the next year, even more than the projected growth possible for the main appointments. It’s the best way to find peace and get the results that I want and what I expect from myself, because I want to reward as soon as possible those who gave me confidence”.

If the construction and maintenance of the Italian movement is the main key to reading the team, nor have foreign athletes is the counterpart to ensure the team internazionalità and visibility outside the Italian borders. In this sense, there’s two great foreign athletes who yesterday signed their agreement with Alessia Piccolo: first Uenia Fernandes, Brazilian athlete who leads the team experience and want to come back to raise their arms in the air thanks to its proven experience. There will be 2 athletes from South American in #YellowFluo Team Alé Cipollini Galassia 2015, Uenia Fernandes, Flavia Oliveira (already officially engaged last week), both with a clear goal: realize the dream of participating in the Olympic Games at home, Rio 2016. They are joined by a young athlete french, Fleur Faure, 21 years old, 2nd year as a pro, ready to grow and learn from more experienced and mature athletes.

After the 12 athletes announced a few days ago, it is now added an interesting trio. With the add of Francesca Cauz, Uenia Fernandes and Fleur Faure Alé Cipollini Galassia will be made up of 15 Ladies.

Alessia Piccolo and Sportive Director Giovanni Fidanza are ready. A team completely renovated, a new chapter for the ladies with an unforgettable color. New chapters will be written, for a team that will take part into the most important and international races.
